I will no longer be a victim
I am not a sheep, waiting to be shorn or slaughtered.
I will take my power and own it…
And, owning it, be prepared to defend what’s mine and the people I love
I am ready for battle…
I do not seek it
But, if it finds me, will find me prepared
Calm and confident…
Silent and strong…
Ready for anything!
